Frequently Asked Questions

Repairs not conducted by the manufacturer will generally void your warranty.  Accidental damage to your device is not covered under most manufacturer warranties.

We can repair almost any device, so please send us the details and we will confirm a price for you and what you need to do to go ahead with the repair.

We fully respect our customers’ privacy and will only use your device to the extent required to test repairs.  All data is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

If you would like to make it impossible for anyone to view any of the data on your device, please back up your data and factory reset your device before sending it to us.

Each device that we can repair has a Diagnosis product available (doctor’s stethoscope icon).
We will diagnose the fault and contact you to discuss any repair work that may be required.

This product includes a report for use with insurance claims and a quote for any repairs required.  If you choose not to go ahead with any repairs, your device will be returned at no extra charge.

If you selected the wrong repair at the outset, we will contact you to let you know and ensure you are charged the right amount for the repair required and refunded if necessary.

If we haven’t already started your repair, we are happy to return your device to you with a refund of your repair cost.  However, we do ask that return postage and packing of £14.99 is covered.  Once the repair is underway or has been completed you can still cancel the repair provided it is within the 14 day cancellation period.  We will however charge for any work already completed.  Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

Payment for repair is made upfront. This ensures that when you device arrives, we have the parts available, have allocated a technician to your device and can meet our quoted turnaround times.

For the vast majority of repairs, your data will remain unaffected; however there are some instances such as liquid damage that could result in data loss.  We advise all customers to back up their data before sending in their devices.

We accept all major UK credit or debit cards via Worldpay.

A 90 day warranty is included with all of our products, with the exception of liquid damage which has a 30 day warranty.

We use only high quality original or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement parts for our repairs.
